Refund / Return Policy

We provide suggestions for improving your services to your customers. Our time analyzing your situation is the service we offer. We hope you understand that there will be no refunds until A) you email your refund request and B) you provide current 'Data We Need'. You have 7 days after we provide our suggestions to request a refund. We will use your data to verify application of our suggestions. Your refund will be issued when we have received your machine readable (text) data. If we find there were suggestions not applied as we intended, we will let you know by email and you keep your refund.
